No board, no card, no deadline slips through anymore. CALMERA Rios keeps the overview.
CALMERA Rios is our own team kanban and project management tool: boards, lists and cards for everyday project work, multi-tenant, with optional AI support when creating cards. We built it because we needed a tool ourselves that thinks along instead of just tracking, and we've been running it in production in our own operations ever since.
What Rios looks like in practice
Kanban board
Lists and cards with priority, due date and assignment — every change syncs in real time to every open view.
Card detail
Description, labels, due date, priority, assignment and comments in one place.
Project overview
Categories, tags and status at a glance, with a filter bar across all projects of a tenant.
How working with Rios works
Set up a board
Create a project, define lists, invite the team — ready to go in minutes.
Create cards
Manually or via AI suggestion: a plain-text description turns into concrete card proposals that are only applied after review.
Work together
Move, comment on and assign cards — every open view updates in real time.
Keep the overview
Smart views surface due and own tasks, and full-text search finds any card in seconds.
Why Rios is different
Multi-tenant from day one
Every tenant is technically separated on two independent layers, application and database. White-labelling with your own accent colour and logo is possible.
AI that suggests, not decides
Card proposals and auto-categorisation are convenience features: nothing is applied without confirmation, and every feature can be switched off.
Data sovereignty by choice
The AI connection can run via a self-hosted, local provider — card contents never have to leave your own environment.
Who it's for
Teams that need a kanban board but don't want a shared SaaS platform mixing their data with everyone else's: small and medium-sized businesses with their own projects, clients who want their own clearly separated environment, and eventually CALMERA Lens users who want to link tasks and projects directly.
