Capture
Your binders are scanned, digital inventories imported. Very large volumes are no problem; hundreds of binders are the core scenario. For day-to-day operation, a single folder on your system that syncs automatically is all it takes: new or changed documents — say, an updated contract version — become findable within minutes, and the old version automatically disappears from the results.
Understand
OCR and AI processing structure every piece of content; a knowledge graph links people, projects, contracts and topics across document boundaries.
Ask
Search and Q&A in plain language — and just as reliable for exact references such as file numbers, contract or article numbers, where purely semantic search often fails. Results are ranked by actual relevance, and every answer names the document, page and revision state.

They remain yours, because we work with scans. On request we refer scanning providers or coordinate the process.
